The death of Alphée M. LeBlanc of Memramcook East occurred at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital, Moncton at the age of 77 after a long illness.

Born in Memramcook he was the son of the late Marc and Rosalie (Landry) LeBlanc.

Survivors include his wife, the former Emma LeBlanc: four daughters, Mrs. Roy Gould (Joseline), Mrs. Mark Breau (Célia) both of Memramcook East; Mrs. Yvon Sonier (Ella) of Memramcook and Mrs. Alyre Belliveau (Melina?) of St. Joseph’s; four sons, Oscar and Edouard, both of Memramcook East, Lawrence and Adélard, both of College Bridge; two sisters, Mrs. Willie Richard (Joseline) of Sackville and Mrs. Joseph LeBlanc (Marie) of College Bridge.

The body is resting at Dupuis’ funeral home in Memramcook, and the funeral service will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. from Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Church at Memramcook East. Interment will be in the family lot in the parish cemetery.
